This was my first time selling FSBO and they made the process very easy

Each time I had a question, they responded promptly

We made use of Brian Dombroski's services by hiring his agency - Yager Realty - to help us in our for sale by owner transaction. This was not the first time, but again, I was convinced that Brian is always the right person to have on your team for any real estate transaction. He helped every step of the way -- providing his input and guidance -- not only regarding the processes associated with the sale, but also in better understanding what the law requires that if not understood, could cause problems down the line (in a seller scenario). Countless times, Brian has gone above and beyond, and has always made sure to go above and beyond when delivering. This is our second time working with Brian and it is because we specifically asked for him after working with him the first time, two years ago.
With our first home we were worried how this entire process would go, but with Brian it was all very straight forward and easy.
We went to him with every question we had (which was a LOT) and he was so responsiveness and patient the entire time.

Brian was always answering any questions we had when selling our home. He gave honest and direct feedback, but was not overly pushy with his advice. Like suggesting professional photographers to take pictures of the home, but when we chose to use our own he did not push the extra expense. As a For Sale by Owner, I cannot be more grateful to Brian. His experience, his advice and above all, his honest guidance helped me go through a so far successful process of selling my home. I am  closing in 10 days but as of now everything is going smooth. He is always available by email or phone and his clarity of speech and explanation of both buyers/sellers market made me determine the right price to sell as well as the steps to follow for running this transaction to the end. Simply put Brian Dombroski was one of the best agents I've ever worked with. We chose to go with the Full Service package and Full service is exactly what was given. There wasn't a time of day or moment that I couldn't not get ahold of Brian for him to go through any questions, strategy, or due diligence. He was extremely knowledgeable, prompt and ethical. It was apparent he has closed A LOT of deals in his time.  To have had such full service and still saved almost $10,000 I am soooo happy to have gone with the flat rate Yagar Realty. Don't waste your money on a traditional 3% with guys like Brian around putting in more work than most of them. Btw the house was in Monterey CA and the brokerage is in Fresno CA yet they dove deep into understanding my local market and always stayed connected like we were neighbors! Brian was my agent for a home I recently sold. He was always available to assist me with all questions and issues even though for a period of time, I was out of state.
